 Fe2O3 纳米磁流体热疗治疗小鼠结肠癌实 验研究# 尹燕鹰1,洪敏1,陈明清2,董坚1** 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 (1. 昆明医学院第一附属医院生物治疗中心昆明 650032; 2. 昆明医学院第一附属医院肿瘤中心) 摘要:目的 研究 Fe2O3 纳米磁流体热疗对小鼠结肠癌的治疗效果。方法 磁流体直接局部 注射到小鼠皮下肿瘤组织,交变磁场下加热至 43,计算瘤体积抑制率,肿瘤组织及各个 脏器做病理检测。结果 Fe2O3 纳米磁流体在交变磁场(alternating magnetic field,AMF)中 升温迅速。热疗组相比磁流体对照组、磁场对照组、空白对照组,热疗 6 天后瘤体体积抑 制率分别为 50.87%、50.50%、76.57%,p0.05,有统计学意义。病理检测证实肿瘤组织部 分凋亡,而正常脏器无变化。结论 Fe2O3 纳米磁流体热疗可抑制小鼠结肠癌的增长,对结 肠癌的治疗有一定作用,但并不能完全抑制肿瘤的生长。实验证明热疗是安全性可靠的。 关键词:磁流体;交变磁场;热疗;结肠癌 中图分类号:R73 Anticancer effect by hyperthermia of colon cancer using magnetic fluid YIN Yanying1, HONG MIn1, CHEN Mingqing2, DONG Jian1 (1. The center of oncology therapy,the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming University of Mesical Sciene,Kunming,650032) Abstract: Objective:To research hyperthermia effect of the magnetic nanoparticles(Fe2O3) on mice colon cancer. Methods: Magnetic nanoparticles was targeted to be injected into the subcutaneous tumor. Magnetic nanoparticles were heated to 43℃ in the alternating magnetic field. Tumor sizeinhibition rate was calculated, and tumor tissue and organs did pathology testing. Results: Fe2O3 nano magnetic in alternating magnetic field was rapidly heated. Compared with the MF group, the AMF group, the blank control group, in the sixth day later heated, the inhibition rate to the volume were 50.87%, 50.50% and 76.57% respectively, p0.05. Pathology testing was shew that tumor tissue appeared part of apoptosis and normal organs did not change. Conclusion: By magnetic nano Fe2O3 hyperthermia could restrain the growth of the colon cancer in mice. Treatment was certain effect for colon cancer, but hyperthermia could not be completely inhibited the growth of tumors. Experiments shew that hyperthermia was safe and reliable.
