摘 要 本文的目的有如下两个。第一，通过设计调查发现影响用户体验部门工作水准的因素；第二，从这些因素考虑如何设计一个服务于用户体验行业的平台软件。研究课题来源于北京伊飒尔界面设计有限公司。 本文通过调查和分析中外企业在用户研究与可用性测试过程中的差异，发现当前中国企业用户体验部门存在两个问题：第一，没有一套标准化的工序；第二，缺乏标准化的数据积累。这两个问题导致了员工的重复手工劳动，降低了工作效率。 为了解决这两个问题，本文提出了一款新概念软件，它可以帮助企业用户体验部门建立一个有关用户调查和可用性研究资料的规范化数据库，实现访谈数据、问卷数据、用户模型数据、可用性测试数据的规范化储存。 本文包括以下三个研究部分。 第一，通过专家访谈建立因素框架，通过对回收的72份问卷数据进行聚类，得出影响用户体验部门水准的5个因素：数据积累、部门间协作能力、理论发展、资源管理、执行水准。 第二，通过对中外企业用户体验部门的对比，发现外国企业普遍重视数据积累和部门协作，而中国企业在这方面不注重。中外企业在执行水准和资源管理方面，没有大的差异。 第三，建立用户模型，确定用户在哪些工作环节中需要数据调取、储存和复用。在此基础上完成该软件的原理设计与功能架构设计。 关键词：设计调查，效度分析，信度分析，用户模型，数据积累，软件架构设计 Abstract Two goals of this paper are as follows: firstly, factors that affect user experience department level are discovered by design investigation; secondly, how to design the platform software that serves the user experience industry is considered based on these factors. The research task is from Beijing ISAR Interface Design Company. The differences in the user research and usability testing between domestic and foreign companies are investigated and analyzed, and the two problems which the domestic companies’ user experience departments suffer are revealed: firstly, no standardized procedure is established; secondly, the data accumulation is lacking. As a result, personnel’s work is repetitive and work efficiency is lowered. To solve these two problems, the new concept software is brought out. With its help, a standardized data base about user investigation and usability research data would be established by companies’ user experience department, and the saving standardization of interview data, questionnaire data, user model data and usability testing data would be realized.
