 氨沥滤对 CuO/CeO2 变换催化剂结构和 性能的影响# 何润霞,赵文怡,智科端,武芳,周晨亮,刘全生** 5 10 (内蒙古工业大学化工学院,内蒙古工业催化重点实验室,呼和浩特 010051) 摘要:本文以 CeO2 为载体,采用浸渍法制备了不同铜负载量的 CuO/CeO2 水煤气变换催化剂, 并以其为前驱体,通过氨沥滤改变 CuO/CeO2 催化剂中铜负载量,利用 XRD、BET、TPR 和活 性测试等对催化剂样品的结构及催化性能进行比较研究。结果表明,铜负载量大小是影响 CuO/CeO2 催化剂结构与性能的重要因素,不同铜负载量的 CuO/CeO2 样品经氨水沥滤后没有改 变原有结晶度的变化规律及物相组成,但晶粒度均提高。CuO 负载量小于 12%,氨沥滤后样 品的比表面积和孔容均减小,催化活性降低;CuO 负载量大于 12%,氨沥滤后样品的比表面 积和孔容降低幅度较 CuO 负载量小于 12%的样品小,活性降幅很小或反而提高。 关键词:水煤气变换;CuO/CeO2 催化剂;CuO 负载量;氨沥滤 中图分类号:TQ426.6 15 Influence of ammonia leaching on the structure and catalytic performance of CuO/CeO2 catalysts for water-gas shift reaction HE Runxia, ZHAO Wenyi, ZHI Keduan, WU Fang, ZHOU Chenliang, 20 25 30 35 40 LIU Quansheng (Department of Chemical engineering,Inner Mongolia University of Technology,Inner Mongolia Key Laboratory of Industrial Catalysis, Huhhot 010051) Abstract: In this paper, the CuO/CeO2 water gas shift catalysts with different copper loading capacities were prepared by incipient wet impregnation while CeO2 was used as catalyst support. With the catalysts as precursors, the ion embed-leached type CuO/CeO2 catalysts were prepared through NH3·H2O leaching, by using the feature that Copper ions are liable to be leached by NH3·H2O. The structure and performance of the catalyst were characterized by XRD, BET and TPR, and the activities on the shift reaction were also tested. The results show that: the copper loading capacity was an important factor to the structures and properties of CuO/CeO2 catalysts. NH3·H2O leaching process did not change to the overall change trends of the crystallinity of samples and phase composition, but grain size of samples increased after NH3·H2O leaching. When CuO loadings were less than 12%, specific surface area and pore volume of leached samples decreased, and the catalytic activity decreased, too.
