基于PLC的矿井提升机变频调速控制系统设计
摘 要
本文针对提升机控制系统中存在的上述问题,把可编程序控制器和变频器应用于提升机控制系统上,并在可行性方面进行了较深入的研究。根据提升机的运行特点,控制系统采用工控机监控提升机变频调速系统, PLC控制系统、变频调速系统等组成。为了提高系统的可靠性,对提升机各种物理量及控制单元进行控制监控。提升机的动态监测由工控机或触摸屏和组态软件组成。用户在组态环境中完成动画设计、设备连接、编写控制流程和工程所需要的信息报表以及结果打印等。主控系统采用PLC系统,硬件简洁、软件灵活性强、调试方便、维护量小,配合一些专用电子模块组成的提升机控制设备,可供控制高压带动动力制动或低频制动等。同时能检测各电机故障现象并送往上位机显示。减少了传统继电器接触式控制系统的中间环节,减少了硬件和控制线,极大提高了系统的稳定性,可靠性。

ABSTRACT
