毕业设计(论文) 设计(论文)题目: 不锈钢远红外反应釜接管与封头焊接设计 摘要:不锈钢反应釜有加热迅速、耐高温、耐腐蚀、卫生、无环境污染、勿需锅炉自动加温、使用方便等特点,广泛应用于石油、化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药、食品、用来完成硫化、硝化、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程,是以参加反应物质的充分混合为前提,对于加热、冷却、和液体萃取以及气体吸收等物理变化过程均需要采用搅拌装置才能得到到好的效果。本文着重介绍了不锈钢远红外反应釜的接管与封头的焊接设计,分析了不锈钢材料的焊接特点及其焊接性,介绍了不锈钢远红外反应釜产品性能及特点。通过对不锈钢材料的分析研究并针对反应釜接管与封头焊接中易产生氧化、裂纹、气孔等焊接缺陷的特点,本文制作出了不锈钢远红外反应釜接管与封头的焊接工艺规程,并制作出了详细的工艺评定卡,总结出了工艺规程的意义,能够满足工业生产的需要。关键词:不锈钢 反应釜 接管封头 焊接性 焊接工艺Abstract:Stainless steel reactor with rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, sanitation, no environmental pollution, needless to automatic heating boilers, easy to use and so on。Widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine, food, used to complete curing, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization and condensation process。Reactive substances is to participate in the full mix of the premise,For the heating, cooling, and fluid extraction and gas absorption, and other physical processes require the use of mixing devices to get to the good results。This article focuses on the stainless steel reactor far infrared receiver and the welding head design, analysis of the stainless steel welding characteristics and weldability, introduced far-infrared stainless steel reactor performance and features.Through research and analysis of stainless steel for the reactor to take over and head welding is easy to produce oxidation, cracks, porosity and other characteristics of welding defects in this paper to produce far-infrared reaction vessel of stainless steel to take over and head of the welding process of order, and produceout a detailed process evaluation cards, summed up the significance of process order to meet the needs of industrial production.Key word: Stainless Reactor pipeline and overhead Weldability Welding目 录前言........................................................................4课题的背景..................................................................不
