摘 要
厚度精度是板带材的重要质量指标。目前随着轧制理论、控制理论和人工智能论的发展,以及它们在轧制过程中的应用,使得板带材的厚度精度指标有了很大的提高。然而,对单机架轧机采用专门的控制技术,实现微米级带材精度的控制,仍是目前板厚控制领域研究的热点问题之一。
本文介绍了可逆冷带轧机全数字厚度闭环控制系统的基本组成和功能特点。该系统具有厚度闭环监控、压力或缸位移内闭环数字控制、缸位移内环加厚控外环、厚度预控等功能;从而有效克服了来料厚度波动和轧辊偏心对带钢厚度的影响。
文中还对液压伺服位置系统被控对象进行建模和参数计算,介绍了求解鲁棒控制器时用到的一些基本理论:控制系统的鲁棒性、下线性分式变换以及H。输出反馈控制等,然后进行液压伺服位置系统H。输出反馈控制器设计,并通过编程求出了一个性能较好的鲁棒控制器关键词 冷带轧机;自动厚度控制(AGC);全数字闭环控制;液压伺服驱动;输出控制;自校正控制;
Abstracthe absolute ethyl alcohol amount is used massively at present in our country industry , and in the atmosphere, water and alcohol extraction of water and 95.57% composed dared ethanol, boiling point for 78.15 degrees Celsius, cannot use at atmospheric distillation 95.6% higher than the average of ethanol. Design a distillation process control system, used in the atmosphere separate ethanol, in order to meet the requirements of the industry.
This design’s primary content includes:The absolute alcohol was prepared by azeotropy rectification with industrial alcohol as material and with benzene as entrainer。the output of top tower was azeotropic mixture,the output of bottom tower was anhydrous ethanol ,Benzene and ethanol for backflow ,alcohol concentration in charge the higher the better,however,its maximum value influenced by water content at azeotropy point。Sensitivity analysis results indicated that the Sensitivity of output quantity of top tower was the highest,Alcohol concentration in charge the second and return benzene phasor and reflux ratio the lowest.
In choosing A suitable microcontroller, amplification, sampling filter circuits keep circuit, A/D converter, D/A converter, buttons, display circuit module, alarm clock circuit, the controller is composed of circuit and control system. Based on four parameters testing and distillation of transmitter, the controller design and implementation of choice, to improve the design of the system.
