海 南 大 学 毕 业 论 文(设计) 题 目:海南几种石斛属植物叶表皮研究 学 号125 姓 名:陈元钢 年 级:2008级 学 院:园艺园林学院 系 别:园艺 专 业:园艺(花卉与景观设计方向) 指导教师:王健 教授 完成日期:2011 年12 月10 日 摘要 利用光学显微镜观察了海南省9种石斛属(Dendrobium)植物的叶表皮,测量并比较了其中6种石斛的气孔类型、气孔大小、气孔密度及气孔指数等,描述了气孔形态,分布和表皮细胞的相关特征。结果表明,在剑叶石斛(Dendrobium acinaciforme Roxb.)、钩状石斛(Dendrobium aduncum Lindl.)、密花石斛 (Dendrobium denstiflorum Lindl.)、海南石斛(Dendrobium hainanense Rolfe)、美花石斛(Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe)、石斛(Dendrobium nobile Lindl.)这6种石斛属植物中,石斛的气孔密度及气孔指数都大于其他5种,6种石斛属植物中,美花石斛的气孔器最大,气孔形态上除剑叶石斛是卵圆形外,其他5钟皆为椭圆形。气孔分布集中于下表皮,排列方向一致,均匀分布。 关键词:叶表皮;气孔器;石斛属 Abstract The epidermis of nine species of dendrobium grown in Hainan was observed by optical microscope. Among of them, the six species’ stomata style, size, density, as well as stomata index were measured and compared for describing the stomata shape, distribution and related characters of epidermis. The results show that the stomata density and index of dendrobium nobile Lindl. is biggest respectively among six species while dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe owns the biggest stomata apparatus. Except the dendrobium acinaciforme Roxb owns the round stoma, all others among six species’stomata shape oval. Generally, all six species of dendrobium their stomas are dense on back leaf epidermis arranging evenly towards same direction.
