6型单滚筒式超长冲程抽油机设计与分析 摘 要：为了更好的实现抽油机长冲程采油的目的，在满足油田采油工艺要求的前提下，设计了6型单滚筒式超长冲程抽油机。该抽油机的动力系统采用KCT系列变频调速电动机,省去了正反转电动机软起动控制器，可以实现传动装置的的频繁正反转，从而提高了传动的稳定性；并且本抽油机采用重力势能平衡的原理，对其进行了平衡设计，平衡效果较常规抽油机有了明显的改善。抽油杆采用抗拉强度高，密度小的碳纤维连续抽油杆，减轻了重量，增加了抽油量，但碳纤维抽油杆不能受到压力作用。与一般抽油机相比，单滚筒超长冲程抽油机具有冲程长，采油效率高，动载荷小，适于开采稠油及深井采油，发展长冲程抽油机对当前老油田高含水井后期的开采减缓产量递减速度，开采稠油、低渗透等油田的“难动用储量”，以及沙漠油田深井及超深井的机械开采等，都是有一定的现实意义的。本抽油机的使用将会使我国许多油田在增加原油产量的同时降低耗能，有着十分重要的意义。 关键词：6型；单滚筒；碳纤维杆；超长冲程；抽油机 Design and analysis of 6 type solitary Roller exceed Long-Stroke Pumping Unit Abstract：To better achive long-stroke pumping unit with the purpose of meeting the requirements of oil field technology, the unit uses KCT family transduce varying speed motor, which can be achieved in the frequency of positive and negative without soft-starter motor positive controlto ,then have the stability improvement.And the unit using the principle of detailed balance of gravitational potential energy ,the balance effect compares the conventional unit to have the distinct improvement. Its sucker rod uses carbon fiber continual sucker rod ,which tensile strength is high,the density is small. The apply of the sucker rod increased production,as well as reduce weight,but the carbon fiber continual sucker rod can not be pressured. 6 type Solitary Roller Exceed Long-Stroke Pumping Unit compare the common pumping unit have the longer stroke,the load are bigger, are suitable for the mining heavy crude oil and the deep well extraction benefit, the Solitary Roller Exceed Long-Stroke Pumping Unit are also suitable for old oil well with high water content to slow down the produce decrease rate,extract heavy crude oil, low permeable sublayer oil wells hardly moved reserves,also for machine extract draw well and ultradeep well in desert, the family pumping unit will be able to cause many oil fields of our country to reduce the energy consumption and increase crude oil output .
