10型传动链式超长冲程抽油机设计与分析
摘 要:超长冲程抽油机可实现长冲程要求。本设计采用碳纤维连续抽油杆,该材料具有密度小,弹性较好,耐腐蚀,抗疲劳性能好,活塞效应小,起下作业速度快等优点。10型传动链式超长冲程抽油机的悬点载荷为100KN,冲程为,起下速度为15~20m/min,适用碳杆规格为(30×3.0)mm,(32×4.2)mm,(35×5.0)mm。在本次设计中,主要完成了对抽油机的传动装置、夹紧装置、缠绕装置、夹持块结构、平衡装置等的设计,以及关键零部件的设计和校核。抽油机的动力由防爆绕线转子异步正反转电动机提供,通过窄V带,经由二级减速器传递至起提升作用的主动链轮。然后通过液压缸夹紧装置将碳杆压在装有夹持块链条之间,并且通过链条的转动,靠摩擦力来向上提起碳杆,通过导向盘将其缠绕在直径为1.8m的缠绕大盘上,缠绕大盘由电动机带动。本抽油机采用机械平衡方法,将平衡块装在链轮轴尾端,利用重力来实现平衡。

The Design and Analysis of 10 Type Transmission Chain Ultra-long Stroke Pumping Unit
Abstract: The long-stroke pumping unit can achieve long-stroke requirements. This design uses the carbon fiber composite continuous sucker rod, the material with advantages like small density, good flexibility, corrosion resistance, anti-fatigue performances, of small piston effect, working quickly, and so on. The rod load of the 10 type transmission chain ultra-long stroke pumping unit is 100KN, stroke is 10-30m, speed is 15-20m/min, specifications for the application of carbon rod (30×3.0) mm, (32×4.2) mm, (35×5.0) mm. The main task is to design the transmission unit, clamping devices, winding device, clamping block structure, balance device etc, as well as to check the key parts, and calculation the balance of the pumping unit. The unit is driven by explosion-proof coiling rotor asynchronous motor which can provide positive negative, through the narrow V belt, via secondary reducer communicated to the sprocket which is used for ascension .Then the carbon rod is pressed on the clamping device with gripping piece through hydraulic cylinder, and through the chain with friction to rotate carbon rod, brought up the sucker rod by the guide plate in a diameter of 1.8 meters, the winding device driven by the motor. This unit adopts mechanical equilibrium method, and the balance piece is on the sprocket axial end.Keywords: pumping unit; transmission chain; ultra-long stroke; design; carbon fiber composite materials
