基于组态软件的罐区监控系统设计
摘 要
储油罐是企业生产、储存、运输过程中的重要设备,因其储存的物质具有易燃、易爆和有毒等特点,一旦发生泄漏事故,不仅造成经济损失,环境污染,而且还可能引发更大的联锁失火、爆炸等恶性事故,给人们的生命财产带来重大的损失,甚至给社会带来灾难性的后果。因此,加强储油罐区的安全监控,保证罐区的安全运行显得尤为重要。
近年来,随着计算机控制技术的发展,国内很多石化企业都对自己的罐区进行了自动化改造,提高了管理的自动化水平。本文针对港口区储油罐区进行基于组态软件的监控系统设计,对储油罐区的液位、温度、等重要参数实现实时检测,实现火灾的自动探测和报警。
课题中分析了油品罐区工艺过程,研究了直接应用于危险区的新型远程I/O、采用DCS、现场总线技术及新型远程I/O,设计构成了三种罐区监控系统方案,并进行了详细的论述和比较。针对监控系统进行了系统结构和软硬件的设计,利用组态软件具体设计并实现了监控功能。
课题完成将对提高罐区的自动化监控管理水平、降低工人的劳动强度、避免事故的发生具有一定的应用价值。

Design of Configuration Software-based Tank Area Supervisory Control System
Abstract
Oil tanks are very important devices for oil production, store and transportation, since most of the materials stored are very easy to get flammable and explosive, in the event of leakage, it will not only cause economic loss, environmental pollution, but also may cause explosion and other serious accidents. Therefore, to enhance the security of oil tank area and ensure safe operation are of great importance.
In recent years, with the fast development of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system, many domestic petrochemical enterprises have renovated their tanks to raise the production efficiency. In this paper, we designed configuration software-based supervisory control system for oil tank area. The supervisory control system can detect the liquid level, temperature, and other important parameters of the tanks. In addition, its able to detect fire automatically.
On the careful analysis of the oil tank area, we proposed three supervisory control programs, which are based on new remote I/O system, DCS and Fieldbus system. For each program, we made detailed explanation and comparison. For the demand of the project, we chose the third program which is based on remote I/O devices and PROFIBUS-DP Fieldbus. Finally we made detailed design of the supervisory control system and achieved function of supervisory and control of the system.
