摘 要 脂树Sindora glabra Merr. ex de Wit)别名蚌壳树(海南)、曲脚楠(琼中)、科楠(吊罗)、 本次实验选取海南产脂树种子(由种子与种柄两部分组成)作为研究对象,分别对种子(柄)化学组成进行预分析;并测定种子(柄)中水分、总氮、多糖含量 定性分析是根据物质的物理特性、特征性化学反应等初步识别和鉴定某些组分。实验结果表明,脂树种子含有多肽及蛋白质、糖类、黄酮类、内酯类、油脂等化学成分,可能含有甾体、三萜皂甙、酚类、有机酸、鞣质、蒽醌类、挥发油、香豆素等化学成分,不含有氨基酸、生物碱、强心甙等化学成分;脂树种柄中含有氨基酸、多肽及蛋白质、糖类、油脂等化学成分,可能含有黄酮类、酚类、有机酸、鞣质、挥发油、其它脂类等化学成分,不含有甾体、三萜皂甙、生物碱、香豆素、内酯类、强心甙、蒽醌类等化学成分。 通过相关文献检索及查阅,确了脂树中总氮、多糖含量的测定方法常压烘箱干燥法测脂树中水分含量凯氏定氮法测脂树中总含量苯酚-硫酸法测脂树中多糖含量测脂树中总含量%、3.95%、17.64%、10.87%、3.16%。其水分、总氮、多糖含量为其它物质可能为有机酸等。%)含量有较大的不同外,其它成分含量差别并不大。 通过相关文献检索及查阅)) 关键词:脂树;定性分析;定量分析;理化性质 Abstract Sindora glabra Merr. ex de Wit,which has various names in different areas, is widey distributed in tropical regions in the world, and in Hainan as far as China is concerned. Its xylem is rich in oil, and its physicochemical property is similar to diesel, which makes Sindora glabra Merr. ex de Wit be called “diesel tree” or “petrolic tree”. Sindora glabra Merr. ex de Wit is endowed with high economic value and is widely used in various areas. In a word, it has great potential in development value. This paper devotes to analyze the component of seeds (composed of seedstalk and seed) of Sindora glabra Merr. ex de Wit, using seed of the plant growing in Hainan as experimental subject. The components of the seed have been qualitative analyzed, and also, the main components, such as moisture, polysaccharide, protein, raw oil, and ash, are quantitative analyzed. At the same time, the physicochemical properties of the oil were made a preliminary study. This paper means to provide a scientific basis for development and utilization of Sindora glabra Merr. ex de Wit. According to physical characteristics, characteristics of chemical reactions etc., some components was made the initial recognition and identification.
