转子零件的挤压模具设计
摘 要
冷挤压技术以低耗高效广泛运用于工业生产。本文是关于转子零件的冷挤压模具设计,并通过Pro/E软件进行了建模、装配、仿真、分析。本文的主要内容如下:
本文对冷挤压基本概念、产生的历史背景、应用状况、发展趋势进行了简要的综述;并对计算机辅助设计软件Pro/E发展进行简单的回顾。进行了设计前的可行性分析,通过对工件的分析,验证了冷挤压方案的合理性。并构思出工件的冷挤压模具的结构。讨论了工件的冷挤压材料并结合工件的形状及工艺的要求对工件毛坯进行了制备。通过对冷挤压变形过程的分析,介绍了冷挤压力的计算和冷挤压设备的选择。通过对零件本身使用性能的分析及零件的相互作用关系,合理的设计出模具的各个零件,并对零件进行了装配。通过对零件的使用性能、周围环境及零件本身结构的分析,介绍了模具材料的选择。介绍了模具零件实体制作,并对实体进行了装配。生动而形象的展示模具外形,使模具的合理性得到保证。
最后对这套模具进行了总结,该套冷挤压模具通用性强,仅需要更换少量的模具零件就可以挤出多种型号的零件,从而大大增强了市场的竞争力。

ABSTRACT
Because of the low-consuming and high efficiency, the cold extrusion technology is widely used in industry. This paper describes the design of cold extrusion die on rotor componen. And the die has been modeled, assembled, analyzed by the pro/E software.
The paper gives a brief introduction on the basic concept, historical background, applying status and developing tendency of the cold extrusion. And it provides a brief review on the development of the Pro/E software. And has a feasibility analysis on the design, and proves its reasonability through the analysis of the work piece. The structure of the die is conceived .And then discusses the material of the work piece that is suitable for cold extrusion process and makes preparation for the blanks according to the work piece’ shape and process requirement. Then it introduces the calculation of cold extrusion force and the selection of mechanical press by analyzing the deformation of the metal that is pressed. After that, the parts of the die are designed and assembled by analyzing the service performance and the interaction of all the parts Afterwards it explains the selection of the die materials by analyzing the service performance, the circumstance and the own structure of the parts. And then it illustrates manufacturing and assembling of the die part entities, which display the external shape of the die vividly and assure its reasonableness.
