However，the questions about the relation of the mother and sun company and the corporate management are puzzling the business community and the theorists actually, hindering enterprises fast expansion. It is inevitable to carry on the personalization through the establishment effective ways on the collectivization development path. This article made some suggestions , which resulted from the theory of union management ,the strategic management ,the achievement management, etc. The analyzing theories involve the group company theory, the achievements management theory, the agent and the restraint theory, and these theories essentially all relate with the drive and restraint .Especially the author emphasized on the importance of the strategic management at the first place, which caused success or failure of the mother and child corporate management . Nowadays, there are extremely rare books about mother and child corporate management theories and less in the practical aspects . This article is hoped to play the role on which offers a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer more valuable ideas. Furthermore, the mother and child corporate management needs to perform the research, thus deepens the control system transformation unceasingly and promotes the mother and child company growing continually fast and improving group company overall competitive power.
