摘 要
电镀是利用化学和电化学方法在金属或在其它材料表面镀上各种金属。电镀技术广泛应用于机器制造、轻工、电子等行业。
电镀废水的成分非常复杂,除含氰(CN-)废水和酸碱废水外,重金属废水是电镀业潜在危害性极大的废水类别。根据重金属废水中所含重金属元素进行分类,一般可以分为含铬(Cr)废水、含镍(Ni)废水、含镉(Cd)废水、含铜(Cu)废水、含锌(Zn)废水、含金(Au)废水、含银(Ag)废水等。电镀废水的治理在国内外普遍受到重视,研制出多种治理技术,通过将有毒治理为无毒、有害转化为无害、回收贵重金属、水循环使用等措施消除和减少重金属的排放量。
本文着重从运行成本和效率问题出发,采用生化法+破络合法处理电镀废水,日处理量2000 m3 /d,出水水质达到国家污水综合排放一级标准,即GB8978—1996。

Abstract
Plating is making use of the chemistry and the method of electrochemistry to plate various metals power on the surface of metal or other materials. The technology of plating is widely used for manufacture of machines、light industry and electro industry and so on.
The components of the plating wasted-water are very complex. Heave metal wasted-water is the sort which has a potential great harm for plating industry, except the wasted-water contained cyanogens (Cn-) and the acid alkali wasted-water. Under heavy metal wasted-water contained heavy metals separation and generally can be divided into chromium (Cr) wastewater, Nickel (Ni) wastewater containing cadmium (Cd) wastewater, copper (Cu) wastewater, zinc (Zn) wastewater, gold (Au) wastewater containing silver (Ag) wastewater. Electroplating wastewater treatment in widespread attention at home and abroad, has developed various management technology, and management of toxic to nontoxic, into sound harmful, precious metal recycling, water use and other measures to eliminate and reduce heavy metals emissions.
This article focuses on operating costs and efficiency, using biochemical?and synthesizing break-chrome to deal with?electroplating wastewater, handle the volume 2,000 m3 / d, the effluent water quality was against?the sewage discharge standards of our state, that is GB8978-1996
