基于设备可重组布局的车间系统

摘要 :随着生产模式的变化 ,生产车间在企业中的地位越来越重要 ,不仅是企业的物化中心 ,而且是企业
生产系统的信息集散中心 。文章基于系统研究的思想提出了基于设备可重组布局的车间系统结构 ,并
详细的阐述了系统的各模块的主要功能以及开发的总体思想 。基于设备可重组布局的车间系统很好的
解决了生产管理系统与制造执行系统中存在的问题 ,加强了生产管理系统与底层设备的信息沟通与响
( )
应能力 ,提高了车间系统的柔性 、敏捷性和可重组 构 性 。

A b stract: W ith the changing of m anufactu re mode, the work shop is p laying more importan t ro le in en terp rise s,
wh ich is not on ly the cen ter of m ak ing p roduction in the en terp rise, bu t also the inform ation distribu tion cen ter
in the m anufactu re system. In th is p ap er, a new work shop system structu re is p ropo sed ba sing on the facility
layou ts under the though t of system , and the p rim ary function of every mode in the system and the who le
though t of the exp lo itu re are elaborated. Th is system can well deal w ith the p rob lem in the job shop schedu ling
system and the M ES (m anufactu ring execu tion system s) , enhance the comm un ication and re sponding ab ility
between the job shop schedu ling system and the facility, and imp rove the flexib le agility and reconfigu rab le of
the work shop system.
