摘 要 本文分析了当前国内外相关超声波电机驱动技术,针对驱动系统的设计要求,研究开发了基于直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术的超声波电机驱动系统。在分析研究 DDS工作原理和基本结构的基础上,介绍了超声波电机驱动系统方案设计过程,完成了超声波电机驱动系统硬件设计。系统以单片机 AT89LS52 为控制器,两片 AD9854 产生两路相位、幅度、频率均连续可调的正余弦信号,采用 MAX274 设计八阶巴特沃斯带通滤波器去除信号噪声,两级放大电路实现 800 倍电压放大,其中第二级以高压运算放大器PA85 为核心,实现功率放大,光电编码器作为反馈装置实现系统闭环控制。在完成电路原理设计的基础之上,完成了印刷电路设计以及电路板调试工作。采用 KEIL C 编程语言完成了系统软件设计,实现了调频、调幅、调相、键控频移、二进制键控相移等多种信号调制方式,可以分别采用调频、调幅、调相方式对电机进行精确调速。 系统调试与分析的结果表明,本文开发的系统满足课题设计要求。 关键词:超声波电机 直接数字频率合成技术(DDS) 驱动与控制 AD9854 PA8 Abstract Ultrasonic Motor(USM) has three control methods: frequency modulation, voltage modulation and phase difference modulation, and the driving system is very important to the performance of the motor, most of existing driving systems at current domestic have single function and low calculation precision, which cant reach the precise control requirments. It is of great practical significance to design a high-performance, accurate, rapid response driving system. A diving system of USM based on Direct Digital Frequency Synthesis(DDS) technique has been developed to the dirving desire of the USM after researching the current drving technique at home and abroad. Firstly, the system hardware design has been finished after presenting the principle and characteristics of DDS, which takes AT89LS52 as the controller, two-piece of AD9854 as the signal generator, MAX274 as the filter, PA85 as the core of the power amplification and photoelectric encoder as the feedback equipment. Secondly, the system software has been designed, which can realize several signal modulation mode such as FM, AM, PM, FSK, BPSK. Three ways of speed regulation are realized including frequency modulation, voltage modulation and phase difference modulation. It has been proved that the system meets the design specifications after the system’s debug and analysis.
