基于单片机的粮仓温湿度检测系统 摘 要 粮仓作为储备粮食的重要场所，需及时对其内部的温度和湿度进行检测。人工检测粮仓环境存在弊端，准确性低且稳定性差。本文设计了一种基于单片机和传感器技术的粮仓温湿度检测系统，在线实时测量，精度高、稳定性好，系统功能及测量范围能够达到及时准确检测粮仓温湿度的要求。本文分别从硬件和软件两个方面对此温湿度检测系统进行了分析。本系统主要由集成温湿度传感器、12位双积分模数转换器ICL7109、主芯片AT89C51和键盘显示辅助芯片8279组成。硬件部分介绍了系统总体工作流程、器件选择、芯片功能及工作原理等。软件部分设计了计数、数据采集、温湿度显示等子程序来完善整个系统的检测功能。该系统操作简单，安装方便，性能稳定可靠，特别适用于需对温湿度及时监测的粮仓，库房等场所。 关键词：单片机，模数转换器，温湿传感器 The detection system of warm and humidity of the granary based on one-chip computer Abstract The granary needs to gauge its inside temperature and humidity in time because it is a important place where the grain stores. The drawback exists to measure the environment of the granary artificially, accuracy is low and the stability is bad. This text has designed a kind of detection system of warm humidity of granary based on one-chip computer and sensor technology, measure on line, have characteristic such as high precision and good stability. Systematic function and the range of measuring can reach the requirement that measure the warm humidity of the granary accurately in time .This text has been analyzed to the warm humidity detection system from two respects of hardware and software. The part of the systematic hardware is mainly makes up with the integrated warm humidity sensor, 12 total marks modulus converterICL7109, main chip AT89C51 and keyboard and shown the auxiliary chip 8279 ,this text have been discussed such respects as the workflow of the system, device choosing, the function of the chip and operation principle, etc. The part of the software has been designed such subprograms as the counted, the gathered of data, warm humidity shows, which can perfect the measuring function of the whole system. This system operation is simple, installed conveniently, it is reliable and steady, the granary is especially suitable for the place that needing to monitor to the warm humidity in time, such places as the storehouse, etc. Key words：One-chip computer, Modulus converter, Warm and humid sensor 目 录 1
