毕业设计说明书 毕业生姓名 ： 专业 ： 学号 ： 指导教师 ： 所属系（部） ： 二〇一〇年六月  摘 要 电梯主要分为机械系统与控制系统两大部份传统电梯控制系统主要有三种控制方式即继电器控制、PLC控制和微机控制其中继电器控制系统具有故障率高、可靠性差、接线复杂、通用性差等缺点。微机控制具有控制系统体积小、节能、可靠性高，尤其是对群控、通讯等复杂电梯控制功能更具优越性，然而微机控制系统抗干扰能力弱。可编程控制器(PLC)编程采用易学易懂的梯形图语言，具有控制灵活方便、抗干扰能力强、运行稳定等受人们重视，已成电梯控制系统中使用最多的控制方PLC以及变频器作了比较全面的总结和介绍。其次，确定了系统的总体结构，由PLC来实现电梯信号控制，由双速电机实现调速。再次，完成了电机、PLC以及变频器的选型。最后是系统软硬件开发以及PLC程序在测试及调试时应做的工作。 关键词： 三菱PLC 电梯控制系统  Abstract Elevator is divided into two parts mechanical system and control systems, the traditional elevator control system there are three control methods that relay control, PLC control and computer control. which relay control system with high failure rate, poor reliability, wiring complexity, Common shortcomings and poor.
