基于单片机的数字测速仪的设计 摘 要 测速是工农业生产中经常遇到的问题,使用单片机技术设计测速仪表具有很重要的意义。AT89C51单片机系统来测量电机的转速,并显示转速及对其进行一定控制的多功能测速系统。该测速器是通过采集霍尔传感器发出的脉冲信号由单片机记数, 数据经内部程序计算、分析、处理后, 按实际要求做出相应的继电器输出, 模拟量输出和串行口输出。它的实时转速值通过LED显示非常方便直观, 还可以通过按键显示瞬时转速值, 事先设定的转速值。它具有超速报警与串行通讯口功能,还可以实现高低转速值的测量。具有硬件结构简单, 测量速度快, 精度高, 运行可靠等优点。 本文深入介绍了运用频率测量法测量电机转速,并采用软件编程实现了该测量方法,辅以相应的硬件实现了一个测速仪表的基本功能。本控制系统具有操作简单、使用方便、抗干扰强等优点。调试的结果表明该系统控制效果良好。 关键词:单片机;霍尔传感器;LED显示;串行通信;数字量信号 The Design of Digital Velometer Based on the 51 Single-Chip Microcomputer Abstract Speed measured is a question which is met frequently in the dustry and agriculture production,it has very important significance to design that appearance by MCU technology. With the rapid development of microcontrol technology, charged right through the target M- CU control has increasingly become an important development direction in the future. The design is based on AT89C51 to measure the electric motor rotation rate and speed control systems. The tachometer is based on pulse signal sent out collecting photoeletric coder w ith the monolithic processor counting. After data are analyzed and treated by interor prog- ramme calculation, it gives relevant relay output, analog quantity output and series entrance output according to actual requirements. Its real-time speed values are directly displayed by LED, and instantaneous speed values are also displayed by the push-buttons and prior setting speed values. It has the functions of overspeed alarm and series communication entrance, it can match the photoelectric coders of different line numbers ( refers to output pules number of the main spindle of the coder to be rotated a period) , realizing measure of low - high speed values. It has advantages of the hardw ares in structrre being simp le, fast measuring speed, h igh accuracy and reliable operation.
