China is the toy producer and exporter, but in terms of high-tech toys development compared with abroad still has a lot of distance,so pay special attention to carry out the research of electronic voice electronic toys timely, it will have great practical significance for our countrys technology innovation and economic development. Voice design based on MCU, generally speaking, there are two ways: one is single chip microcomputer extended design, another is with the aid of specialized voice processing chips. But common microcontroller cann’t achieve so complicated process and algorithms usually , even barely need to add a lot of peripheral electronic components.So this design use the second scheme, based on microcontroller STC89C51 and voice module WT588D designed a simple toy phone prototype.
