摘 要
CA6140拨叉是机床上的一个重要零件,因为其零件尺寸较小,结构形状也不是很复杂复杂。但因为其尺寸精度、几何形状精度和相互位置精度,以及各表面的表面质量均影响机器或部件的装配质量,进而影响其性能与工作寿命,因此它的加工工艺的确设计也是非常关键和重要的。 在制定工艺过程中,可将其分为两部分,即工艺设计部分和夹具设计部分。要确定各工序的安装工位和该工序需要的工步,加工该工序的机车及机床的进给量,切削深度,主轴转速和切削速度,该工序的夹具,刀具及量具,还有走刀次数和走刀长度,最后计算该工序的基本时间,辅助时间和工作地服务时间。对于夹具的设计,镗、铣、钻等工序使用了专用夹具和定位方案,脆夹具的特点是针对性强、结构紧凑、作简便、生产率高。从而保证夹具作方便、夹紧力可靠、使用安全、并有合理的装卸空间。本设计中将书本理论和实际使用要求相结合,完成了车床后托架的加工工艺规程的设计。
