学号： 0607114080 城乡结合部初中学生教育存在的问题及对策 学院名称： 政治与管理科学学院 专业名称： 思想政治教育 年级班别： 2006级2班 姓 名： 李晓非 指导教师： 张晓敏 2010年5月城乡结合部初中学生教育存在的问题及对策 摘 要：城乡结合部是在城市化过程中产生的兼具城市和农村属性的特殊地带。位于其中的初中学生教育因而呈现出多方面异于其他区域的问题。本文以新乡市周边城乡结合部的初中教育为例，运用实地访问和调查问卷相结合的方法获得了许多一手资料，较为全面深入的了解了城乡结合部初中生教育的基本现状，并以矛盾特殊性的角度分析出社会环境复杂，家庭教育缺失，学生个性突出及学校管理薄弱等四个方面的问题，同时结合笔者的思考，提出“整合教育合力，家校社共同努力”的解决策略，为政府、家庭、学校三个教育主体解决初中生Urban-rural Middle School Students Education Problems and Solutions Abstract The urban-rural fringe is a special zone of both urban and rural properties which generated in the process of urbanization. Thus the middle school education in the urban-rural fringe presents many problems different from other regions. This paper takes the urban-rural junior secondary education surrounding the Xinxiang city for an example, obtains a number of first-hand information by the use of the method of combining field visits and questionnaire, and has a more comprehensive understanding of the urban-rural middle school education in the basic situation. What’s more, analyzes the problem of the complexity of the social environment, lack of family education, students of particular and school management of weak personality and so on in a point of view of particular conflict and combined with the authors thinking, in order to propose the strategy that integration of education efforts, family and school work together and specific recommendations for government, families, schools education which are three main issues to solve. Keywords fringe; junior high school education; strategy 前 言 在大三的两个学期中，笔者有幸参加了支教活动，地点是新乡二十五中。二十五中是一所典型的城乡结合部初中，在支教过程中，我发现了初中结合部许多异于其它地区的教育问题，并由此引发了我们的思考。 城乡结合部的教育问题随着“城乡结合部”这一特殊地域的产生发展逐渐突出，现已成为一个重要的教育难题。现在这个问题已经引起了国内专家学者的高度重视并进行了一系列的研究，由于本文主要的调查对象为新乡市周边的城乡结合部地区，由于新乡市城市发展的特点，本文所研究的城乡结合部有略偏于农村地区的特点。 一、相关概念
