本科毕业设计(论文) 930KW制冷量水冷式制冷机组的设计 学 院 材料与能源学院 专 业 热能与动力工程 (制冷与空调方向) 设计总说明本论文设计的是制冷量为930KW水冷式冷水机组。制冷系统四大部件分别选用了螺杆式压缩机、满液式蒸发器、卧式壳管冷凝器以及电子膨胀阀。其中制冷剂为R22,系统制冷量为930KW,冷凝温度40℃,冷却水进口温度32℃,出口温度36℃,过冷度3℃,蒸发温度2℃,过热度本文首先介绍了水冷式冷水机组的发展状况、存在问题和解决方法。接着介绍了如何确定主要设计参数。本论文的重要部分是满液式蒸发器和壳管式冷凝器的设计计算,它阐述如何确定制冷剂流量和载冷剂流量、传热管数、传热系数。另外,完成了冷却水流动阻力计算、总体结构的设计计算。除此以外,还完成了压缩机的选型、热力分析、制冷剂充灌量的计算、冷冻油添加量的计算、管道设计、保温层的选择和辅助设备的选型。最后,利用计算机完成换热器图纸的绘制。关键词:冷水机组,满液式蒸发器,壳管冷凝器,设计计算,辅助设备General information for the designIn the dissertation a water-cooled chiller system is designed, which consists of screw compressor, flooded evaporator, horizontal type shell-tube condenser and electronic expansion valve. The refrigerant is R22, and refrigeration capacity is 930KW. Condensing temperature is 40℃. The inlet and outlet temperature of cooled water are 32℃ and 36℃, respectively. The subcooling temperature is 3℃.And the evaporation temperature is 2℃. The superheating temperature is 3The dissertation introduces the development of water-cooled chiller, some problems and their solutions. Then it also describes how to determine the main design parameters. And the important part of the design is the calculation of the flooded evaporator and the horizontal type shell-tube condenser in this dissertation. It describes how to determine the flux of the refrigerant and secondary refrigerant, the number of tubes, and the heat transfer coefficient. Whats more, the resistance calculation of cooling water and the calculation of overall structure are completed. Besides, the choice of compressor, heat analysis, the amount of refrigerant, the refrigeration oil filling quantity, the pipeline design, the choice of insulation layer and the selection of the role auxiliary equipments are also completed.
