毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目 滚筒式营养钵体机研究设计 摘 要 本文研究设计的滚筒式营养钵体机是一种新型制钵机具。该新型制钵机具首次提出利用凸轮机构的偏心作用制钵，该机具能一次完成上料、制钵等加工，制钵效率高。在该机工作的过程中，各个作业环节比如压实、钵体投出等环节的稳定性都能得到有效地控制。同时本机具有高生产效率，每小时10800个钵体，可广泛适用于棉花、玉米、瓜果、花卉等作物所需营养钵的制作。 本文主要设计内容有：方案的确定；电机的选择；各轴的转速；链轮、齿轮的设计与计算；链轮、齿轮、凸轮的尺寸计算以及方案图、装配图和零件图的绘制。文中较详细的设计了滚筒式营养钵体机的传动系统和执行机构，对各个零件做了具体的结构尺寸设计，并对受载荷较大的零件进行了精确的校核, 同时绘制了该制钵机的装配图和零件图，而且还对该制钵机的整体装配图进行了三维建模及仿真。该机具的设计过程中大量运用标准件，大大缩短了设计的工作量和降低了生产制造周期及成本。 关键词：营养钵；制钵机；滚筒 Abstract This paper studies the design platen earth bowl machine is a new type of machine. This paper was designed in detail of the transmission system and the virtual machine for various parts of executive branch, made specific structure size design, and the load larger parts of the precise respectively. Not only to the earth bowl machine of cylinder assembly drawings and parts drawing machine on the 2D rendering of the system, but also in the system of the whole machine assembly drawings , the three-dimensional modeling and simulation.
