摘 要 在水泥的生产过程中,回转窑是实现水泥熟料煅烧的核心设备,决定窑能否优质、高产、低消耗地生产熟料和安全运转的关键因素是窑衬。因此,在窑运转过程中,及时了解窑状况,防止窑衬及窑筒体损坏是回转窑经济运行的重要保证。窑筒体表面温度经处理分析后能客观地反映窑内状况。该系统通过红外测温扫描仪对窑筒体表面温度连续在线实时监测、分析预测,防止由于过烧等各种原因造成的窑衬及窑筒体损坏,达到提高效益的目的。 本文介绍了一种基于单片机的红外线测温系统,该系统由上位机和下位机两大部分组成。本设计主要完成下位机部分,下位机采用与8051兼容的高性能、高速单片机—STC 12C5A16AD为控制器,安装在无刷直流电机上的红外测温扫描仪高速旋转,完成对水泥回转窑窑体温度的数据扫描,然后通过前置放大器将红外扫描仪采集的数据经放大后,送至ADC进行模数转换,且系统与计算机通过MAX-485?通讯,将采集到的温度数据传输到上位机处理。 该系统通过红外测温扫描仪对窑筒体表面温度连续在线实时监测、分析预测,防止由于过烧等各种原因造成的窑衬及窑筒体损坏, 经处理分析后就能客观、及时地反映窑内状况,从而达到保障生产安全,提高效益的目的。 关键词 STC 12C5A16AD,AD转换,485串口通信,红外测温 Abstract In the cement production process, rotary kiln is to realize the core equipment of cement clinker pellets,the decision whether kiln high-quality, high yield, low production of clinker and security is a key factor in the operation of the kiln lining.
