相机外壳工艺方案及模具设计
摘 要
本文主要是针对相机外壳的注塑模设计,依照设计任务书的要求,对于相机前面板的设计来查阅相关资料确定使用的材料以及材料的主要性能、特征,运用Pro/E画出三维特征和运用AutoCAD画出零件三视图。基于Pro/E的数码相机外壳注塑模设计师对传统设计的创新,利用Pro/E软件完成注塑模的各个环节的设计,先进行塑件的设计,然后运用Pro/E根据塑件的形状可以生成型芯和型腔,最后再标准模架系统下生成型芯、型腔和标准模架的装配图,完成整个模具的设计。Pro/E功能强大、囊括了产品组立、零件设计、NC加工、模具开发、板金件设计、造型设计、铸造件设计、自动测量、机构仿真设计、应力分析、数据库管理等多种功能。它的出现改变了传动的CAD/CAM作业方式,大大缩短了用户开发产品的时间。
本课题介绍了模具国内外发展现状,而且从相机外壳模具情况出发,进行塑件成型工艺分析,模具的成型零部件、浇注系统、温度调节系统、合模导向结构、脱模结构等设计,并进行了模架的选择、注塑机的选择、模具开模仿真。使用Pro/E软件进行模具设计可大大缩短设计和制造周期,提高产品设计准确性,降低设计成本。

Abstract
This article is mainly injection mold design for camera case, in accordance with the requirements of the design task book, access to relevant information for the design of the front panel of the camera to determine the performance characteristics of the materials used as well as the materials, the use of Pro/E, draw three-dimensional characteristics and use AutoCAD draw part of the view. Injection mold designers based the Pro/E digital camera case the traditional design innovation, the use of Pro/E software to complete the injection mold all aspects of the design, the design of plastic parts first, and then the use of Pro/E according to the shape of the plastic parts generate the core and cavity, and finally standard mold system swells molding core, cavity and standard mold frame assembly drawings, complete the design of the entire mold. Pro/E powerful, include the product assembly, part design, NC machining, mold development, casting design, sheet metal design, design, automatic measurement, mechanism simulation design, stress analysis, database management and other functions. It has changed the transmission of CAD/CAM practices, greatly reducing the user product development time.
