摘要 目前，组合机床主要是用于平面加工和孔加工两类。现随着自动化技术的发展，其工艺范围正在扩大可以完成如：车外圆、行星铣削、焊接、热处理等切削与非切削工作。它在汽车、电机、仪器仪表等轻工业行业中获得了广泛的应用，它在机床、机车、工程机械等制造业中也已推广应用。 论文主要介绍了变速器后体组合机床左、右主传动系统设计。以普通机床设计为基础，结合现代此类相关课题的研究方法，在CAD/CAM软件辅助设计的基础上，绘制机床总图、加工工序图、加工示意图、左、右主轴箱装配图及相关零部件图。本文分以下几部分对以上内容进行了讨论：首先，根据零件的生产需要拟定出了工序集中的工艺路线，确定机床结构方案。其次，依据被加工零件的加工要求，选择合适的切削用量，通过计算选择合适的主轴箱等标准零部件及相应辅件。在附录中收录了相关设计计算方面参考书目。最后，选取与论文相关的英文文献进行翻译。 关键词：组合机床 主轴箱 切削用量 Abstract At present, the combination of machine is mainly used for graphic processing and processing of two types of holes. Now with the development of automation, the technology is expanding the scope to be completed such as: cars cylindrical, planetary milling, welding, heat treatment and so the work of cutting and non-cutting. It in the automotive, electrical, instrumentation and other light industry to gain a wide range of applications, its machine tools, locomotives, construction machinery manufacturing industry has also been applied. The thesis primarily introduced the left and right main transmission system for the machine tool of transmission after the body. based on the design of common machine tools and integrated with this kind of related researchs,used the CAD/CAM software to plot the general drawing of the machine tool , Processing working procedure spindle box left assembly and the related parts. The thesis will discuss the content mentioned above as follow: Firstly , the route of the centralized machining process and the system of the machine tool are laid down according to the need of the production; Secondly , according to the request for processing cover of the parts processed, choose proper Cutting specifications, then after caculating,chose the Headstock and the other parts. In addition, in the appendix, titles of interrelated data are embodied.Lastly, choosed and translated the related English material.
