微型红外气体检测仪的设计
摘 要
随着世界各国大力发展重工业,与有毒有害气体泄漏相关的事故日益增加。这使得探测有害气体在管道中泄漏成为我们所面临的一个重要问题。目前国内用于有害气体探测的设备比较落后,使得这些设备探测范围小,反应时间慢,且目前的检查设备由于体积大、成本高、需要经常校准,不能够满足人们在日常生活中对一些有害气体检测的需求。急需研制集成化、小型化、免维护的新型光学气体监测设备,增强人们的安全监测能力。 针对上述需求,本设计基于红外光谱吸收原理,设计了一种红外气体检测系统。该检测系统将红外辐射强度转化为电压信号,实现了气体浓度的测量。 本设计重点介绍了红外探测系统的总体设计思想以及检测系统的软、硬件设计,对如何应用高集成度混合型芯片作微控制器,来完成数据的采集、处理判断等一系列功能作了重点的分析和阐述。微控制器的应用使整个系统很简单地通过一个单片机就控制起来,从而使整个系统功耗大大降低、体积微型化,而针对目前大多数设备体积大、成本高、需要经常校准等不足,本设计具有设计简单、测量准确、响应快速、稳定、可靠性高等优点。

Abstract
In company with the development of the heavy industry in the world, the leakage accident about harmful gas increased with each passing day. It’s becoming serious problem that how to detect the methane and fuel leakage in industrial zone. We find that the methane detection equipment of our country’s is mostly fall behind. So its detection area is small and its reaction time is slowly, frequently calculation is needed also. These features limited the usage of these equipment for detecting the harmful gas in our daily life. A new highly integrated, small and maintenance free detect equipment is necessary to enhance people’s safety monitoring capability. The feed the above requirement, an infrared gas detection system, base on the principle of infrared absorption spectrum, is developed in the article. The system make the signal of infrared into voltage, and then realize the measurement of gas consistency. The article introduced the structure of detection system and its hardware and software, especially focus on the usage of micro-processor for data acquisition, calculation functions. The usage of the micro-processor make the whole system easily controlled by a single chip. This feature makes the system have the lower power consuming and smaller size. Comparing with the normal equipments’ feature as big, expense, difficult to handle, the new design has the advantages as simple, acurate, fast response, stable, highly reliable.
