车载方波电源的设计
摘 要
近年来,车载电源逆变器在国外市场受到普遍欢迎。车载逆变器就是一种能把汽车上的V转换为220V/50Hz的电子装置,有了它就可以在汽车上使用在家庭里才能使用的电器在交通发达的欧美国家,车载逆变器早已成为每辆汽车的必备工具。正弦波和方波两种。
Abstract
Virtual in recent years, vehicle power supply inverter popular in domestic and international market. Vehicle power supply inverter is a car battery can convert DC12V AC220V / 50Hz electronic devices, it can be used in car only before in the family can use electrical equipment. In traffic developed the European and American countries, vehicle power supply inverter has long been an essential tool per car. Vehicle power supply inverter can be divided into sine wave on the output vehicle-mounted inverter and square-wave on-board inverter two kinds. Square-wave on-board inverter circuit is simple, but to load a hypereritical perceptual load, cant drive. At present, the market on-board inverter are sine wave vehicle power supply inverter. Sine wave vehicle power supply inverter circuit structure is complex, according to the main functions can be divided into two parts: one, will be transformed into DC311V DC12V battery voltage transform circuit; Second, will AC220V / 50Hz DC311V into the inverter circuits. This paper mainly introduces sine wave vehicle power supply inverter in DC/AC voltage transform circuit design method. This paper analyzed and discussed the vehicle-mounted DC/AC converters structure, principle and design process, etc. The whole by DC/DC converter proceedings-circuits, DC/AC inverter, and various auxiliary power protection circuit component. Through to Dc/Dc converter theory analysis, identified with push-pull converter as low voltage transformer have circuit. This is design switch a variety of measures to protect the inverter instruments, such as over/under pressure flow, temperature, etc, make the system reliability high. Due to the high frequency switching inverter in the state, so this paper studies with proceedings-circuits, small volume, light weight, etc.
