英语文献原文： Electric Character Analysis of Low-voltage Switchgear and Design of Test System Jiaomin Liu, Xinfu Li, Yulong Cui and Xuechuan Hou Institute of Electrical Apparatus Hebei University of Technology Tianjin, 300130, China {jmliu lixf}@hebust.edu.cn Abstract - The test of low-voltage switchgear (contactor,relay, breaker etc.) includes electric longevity and electriccharacters of turn on-off. The fast calculation and analysis methods for electric parameters were investigated. Muchattention has been paid to the effect of performance in lowvoltage switchgear caused by arcing time, over-voltage of contact, power factor and harmonic. On the base of studyingcharacter of test, such as more measured signals, severity of disturbance from strong electromagnetism, shorter interval and vast data in test, an efficient testing system has been designed with the function of data acquisition and processing. This system possesses six channels of voltage signal and three channels of current signal. The frequency of data collecting in every channel is 1MS/s and the isolation voltage exceeds 2500V. The results show that all requirements in test have been implemented wholly. Index Terms - low voltage apparatus; test; electrical parameter analysis; harmonic measurement. I. INTRODUCTION The test of low-voltage switchgear is a very important step in identification of electrical product, and test of electric longevity and electric characters of turn on- off always works as dependence of making further modification and developing new product. This aim of test is to verify that if the character of new product complies with the standard and demand of technology, to find out that if product is fault that will affect practical operation, and to investigate the performance of product.
