摘 要
圆明园遗址的保护和利用一直是社会各界人士十分关心的一个话题。虽然
圆明园公园的利用已经在2000年出台了相应的《圆明园遗址利用规划》,但是,
规划中所设计的部分重建的做法还远未尽善尽美。圆明园陷入要么天价重建、
要么任其荒废的两难选择中。全面复建派、部分复建派、直面废墟派争论不断,
而王彬生、张占录、俞孔坚、王建国等学者则提出了要在圆明园上建大学的设
想。
如果能对圆明园遗址的综合利用提出一个合理的方向与方案,有着十分重
要的现实意义。不但能够解纷止争、统一认识,更能实现圆明园土地的更科学
利用,以及圆明园周边地区更好的繁荣发展。更长远的来说,能促进我国高等
教育事业的发展。
为了达到这一研究目的,论文从城市用地功能叠加理论、景观再生理论、
遗址保护和利用理论等出发,通过对国内外遗址科学利用经验的有效对比和借
鉴,结合圆明园遗址和中国人民大学的现状,提出了城市用地用功能叠加理论,
将圆明园遗址利用分为遗址层、教育层、文化层、旅游层、绿化生态层、休闲
层、避险层和管理层等功能,对各个层次进行分解和剖析,对圆明园遗址进行
深层次的综合利用,将圆明园的作用和效益发挥到昀大,并实现了这个功能叠
加模式的理论论证。而且在此基础上对中国人民大学选址圆明园做了可行性研
究。
论文昀后通过凝练和归纳,将这种遗址利用的模式更进一步总结,希望能
真正付诸实践,甚至推广到更多的遗址利用规划上来。

?ABSTRACT
The protection and utilization of the Ruins of Yuanmingyuan has always been a
hot topic among the common people. Although there has been a already, the planning wasn’t very reasonable and perfect. We
either rebuild it with whopping price, either let it go to rack and ruin. It’s quite a
difficult choice. Wang Binsheng, Zhang Zhanlu, Yu Kongjian and Wang Jianguo
mentioned that we could build a college on the RuinsIf we could point a new direction for the Yuanmingyuan, it will be quite
meaningful. Different views could be unified, and we could use the land even more
reasonable. It will also provide Yuanmingyuan and the Education Industry a better
future in a long runTo achieve these, I studied the theory of Superposition Functions, the theory of
Sight Rebuilt and the theory of protection and utilization of the Ruins. I compared
domestic and foreign experience in science and effective use of the ruins, and
combined with the Yuanmingyuan Ruins and the status of the Renmin University of
China, divided the Yuanmingyuan in 8 different layers, including ruin layer,
education layer, cultural layer, tourism layer , Green Eco-layer, leisure layer, hedge
layer and management layer. I analyzed every layer, and made the Feasibility Study
of its Selection as the Site of Renmin University of ChinaI hope that the model of Superposition Functions o
