省域经济视野下的我国研究生教育布局结构分析 摘 要 本研究用量的研究方法对我国省域研究生教育与经济发展的基本情况及相 关性进行分析，具体包括各省总体研究生教育、硕士研究生教育和博士研究生 教育与经济发展的关系。研究认为，就 2000 年到 2006 年而言，我国的省域研 究生教育的总体布局结构没有发生显著变化。 通过分析发现，我国省域研究生教育的发展能够适应经济的发展，而且研 究生教育的布局结构与区域经济发展的关系向更加密切的方向转化。但是，省 域之间研究生教育与经济发展并不均衡，有些地区之间的研究生教育教育与经 济发展的差异很大。造成我国研究生教育与省域经济发展不均衡的原因很多， 其中历史上我国政府在高等教育的管理中起主导作用，主导着高等教育的管理 和运行机制对这种结构的形成有很大的作用。然而，我国的研究生教育与区域 经济发展的不协调对两者的发展都不利。 针对当前我国研究生教育与省域经济发展面临的主要问题，笔者提出了各 省研究生教育的总体布局结构要适应经济发展；优先发展东部地区研究生教育， 提高中西部地区研究生教育质量；博士研究生教育发展要根据条件，硕士研究 生教育发展要根据需求。 关键词：研究生教育；授予学位量；布局结构 2 省域经济视野下的我国研究生教育布局结构分析 ABSTRACT In this study, by using the quantitative research methods, the writer analyze the basic situation and correlation of provincial post graduate education and economic development, specifically including the relationship between provincial total of graduate education, graduate education and doctoral education and economic development. The research shows that from 2000 to 2006, there is no significant change about the layout and structure of the of Chinas provincial graduate education. The analysis shows that the development of Chinas provincial graduate education can adapt to the provincial economic development. In addition to this, the layout and structure of graduate education and regional economic development are related more closely. However, the graduate education and economic development in different province has been uneven, and the uneven vary widely in different provinces which in some places are very serious.
