Weather the performance evaluation success or not will have a direct impact on the effective of the entire performance management process. But FT Co. at departmental level for the use of performance appraisal is rarely, so that it is necessary to set up the sector development strategy. Any performance measurement system whose goal should encourage all managers and staff to implement the strategy successfully. BSC is recognized as the most advanced and most influential management tools in the world, the importance has been increasingly recognized by large companies. BSC in the importance of corporate strategy in the main problems in this paper: Firstly, BSC-cut description of the whole enterprise of the future vision and consensus-building. Secondly, BSC overall strategy to create a model so that every staff can see how to contribute to the success of enterprises .Thirdly, then put it in to every department and get every department Performance Indicators based on BSC. Therefore, based on the reality of Xian Tang Interactive Digital Technology Co. in this paper, Ltd. designing department for the companys performance appraisal program is according to BSC, this Should be help the companys performance management systems to improve.
