Each stage of low pho sphoru s steel p roduction, such a s the p retreatm ent of hot m etal, converter steelm ak ing, secondary refin ing, esp ecially the flux serie s for the depho sphorization in the secondary refin ing and the p roce sse s of steel depho sphorization is discu ssed in detail. The fea sib ility of steelm ak ing u sing h igh pho sphoru s hot m etal is discu ssed.
