  基于序列密码的 GIS 矢量数据层次加解密 方法# 王海荣，李安波，周卫** 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 （南京师范大学虚拟地理环境教育部重点实验室，南京 210023） 摘要：目前针对 GIS 矢量数据内容安全的技术处理存在着数据加解密效率较低、传输速度慢 和远程访问安全性较低等不足。为了能有效兼顾 GIS 矢量数据的海量特点、渐进传输要求以 及内容安全，本文参考多媒体数据渐进加密的思想，集成序列密码和 LOD 技术，基于要素单 调性分段基础上的 LOD 方法进行 GIS 矢量数据的渐进传输处理，提高了传输速率；基于 Hash 函数构造分级密钥链进行分级加密，有效提高数据多级加密和解密的安全性；基于序列密码 加密方法进行 GIS 矢量数据的加密和解密处理，提高了加解密处理效率。并在此基础上形成 一种可用于渐进传输和数据安全分级调度的 GIS 矢量数据层次加解密方法，拟为地理信息系 统领域 GIS 矢量数据的高效快速传输和安全访问提供技术支持。 关键词：GIS;矢量数据;序列密码;层次加解密;渐进传输 中图分类号：P208 Stream Ciphers-Based Hierarchical Encryption and Decryption for GIS Vector Data WANG Hairong, LI Anbo, ZHOU Wei (Key Laboratory of Virtual Geographic Environment, Ministry of Education,Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing 210046, China) Abstract: For now,there are the following shortcomings in the processing technology of GIS vector data content security: the low efficiency in encryption and decryption for GIS vector data, the slow transmission speed and low security of remote access to GIS vector data. In order to effectively balance the mass characteristics of GIS vector data, the progressive transmission requirements and safety protection for content of GIS vector data, this article refers to the thought of progressive encryption for multimedia data and multi-level security authorization, integrates chaotic stream ciphers technology with LOD ( Level of Detail ) technology, and now we have respectively got a deeper study on the LOD technology and stream ciphers technology in other applied fields.
