K公司物流配送管理研究
摘 要
配送是社会化大生产、大流通的产物,企业销售物流的配送环节运作好坏直接影响企业销售工作的开展、生产规模的扩大、物流运作成本的降低以及企业形象的树立。企业的配送活动需要向消费者提供产品的包装、运输、仓储等服务,是企业除了供应物流环节以外的又一个对外运作的环节,在企业形象上起到重要的影响作用。如何提高企业的物流配送能力,降低成本,最大化地合理利用现有资源,是我们的一个重要研究课题。本文围绕配送管理的概念、分类、作用及基本作业环节,论述了配送管理的基本理论。在借鉴和吸收国内外配送管理理论和必威体育精装版研究成果的基础上,结合中国坤彩有限公司的物流销售模式,比较了自营运输、共同配送、第三方配送等物流配送模式,并指出了B2B,B2C销售模式下根据各自的特点宜选择不同的配送模式,并对其优势进行分析。在选择了合适的配送模式的基础上,确定了引进条码技术和实行ABC配送的具体操作方法,使公司的整个配送流程相对完善。最后对全文进行了简单的总结。

Distribution is socialized production, big distribution of the product, the company sales logistics distribution link operation have a direct impact on the company sales work development, production scale expansion, the logistics operation cost reduction and enterprise image setting up. Enterprise and distribution activities need to provide consumers with the packing of the products, transportation, warehousing services, is the enterprise besides supply logistics links outside another foreign operation link, in the enterprise image, played an important influential role. How to enhance the enterprise logistics and distribution capacity, reduce cost, maximize reasonably utilize existing resources, it is one of our important research subject. This paper focus on distribution management concept, classification, function and basic operational link, discusses the basic theory and distribution management. In reference and absorbs the domestic and distribution management theory and the latest research results in the foundation, unifies China kun cai CO., LTD of logistics sales model, compares the self-operated transportation, joint distribution, third-party logistics distribution mode distribution, etc, and points out the B2B sales mode, B2C according to their respective characteristics appropriate chooses different distribution mode, and its advantage is analyzed.
