毕业论文 （20_ _届） ERP在企业财务管理中的应用现状分析 摘 要 ERP理论形成与实践应用是随着计算机和网络技术的迅速发展，ERP以市场和客户需求为导向，对企业内外资源进行优化配置，消除生产经营工程中的无效劳动和资源浪费，整体实现信息流，物流，资金流，价值流和业务流的有效集成，将企业的所有资源充分调配和平衡优化，为企业加强财务管理，提高资金运营水平，建立高效率供应链，提高生产效率，降低成本等提供保障。ERP实现了财务管理和生产管理等功能的集成，将数据的采集延伸到生产、采购、销售和库存等环节，使企业管理的方式产生了重大的质的飞跃。文章从其一般原理、功能出发，从宏观和微观两个层面并结合SAP?R3系统在实际使用过程中的特点，通过对企业支持性价值链的详细分析和研究，系统地阐释了ERP在企业财务管理中的应用流程和强大优势。关键词：ERPAbstract ERP theories with practice is along with the computer and the rapid development of network technology, as well as business management complexity increases, market competition intensifying and information of globalization and of the emergence and development.ERP by market and customer demand-driven, to the enterprise resources configuration optimization, eliminate production management project of invalid labor and waste of resources, whole realization information flow, logistics, cash flow, value streams and effective integrated traffic in enterprise of all resources fully deployment and balance optimization for enterprises to strengthen financial management, improving capital operation level, setting up efficient suppler chain, improve the production efficiency, cost reduction,etc provided protection.ERP realized the financial management and production management functions such as integration, data collection and extend to the manufacturing, purchasing, sales and storage of such links, causes the enterprise management way produced significant qualitative leap. This article from the general principle, function, starting from the macro and micro level, and combined with SAP R3 system in the actual characteristics in the process of using enterprises, and through the detailed analysis and supportive value chain, systematically explains the ERP in enterprise financial management application process and great strength.
