毕业论文 （2010届） 制造业存货管理水平提升途径的研究摘 要 存货是指企业在日常活动中持有以备出售的库存商品、商品、处在生产过程中的在产品、在生产过程或提供劳务过程中耗用的材料和物料，并在企业的总资金中占20%-30%，因此存货管理显得尤为重要，如今制造业存货资金沉淀现象较为严重，企业的资金使用率和存货成本风险较大。本文针对制造业的分析与其他行业比较，发现在生产管理的内部控制、物流管理、市场风险和技术更新方面存在问题，通过荣盛企业集团为例，寻找荣盛企业集团的存货管理问题与制造业的普遍问题的相似点，具体问题具体分析，然后研究提升存货管理的提升途径，从四个方面进行阐述：加强企业生产环节的严谨性和企业内部控制的制约性；发展第三物流，使存货的价值达到最大的利用；减小市场风险，建立预警机制；及时更新技术，网络技术与设备技术的更新同步，其中网络技术以ERP软件为案例，设计荣盛的存货管理流程，整合企业的业务流程，提高存货周转率，从而提高存货管理水平，谋求进一步的发展。 关键词：存货；存货管理；制造业；ERP存货管理Abstract Inventories refer to the daily activities of inventory held for sale of goods, commodities, in the production process of the product, production process or provision of services in the course of materials and supplies consumed, and the total funds in the enterprise 20% -30%, so it is particularly important inventory management, stock funds are now manufacturing precipitation is serious, the enterprises capital utilization and cost of inventory at higher risk.
