毕业论文 （2010届） 中小企业营运资金管理与企业财务业绩的实证研究 摘 要 在中国市场经济蓬勃发展的今天，中小企业正是一股新生的力量，作为企业日常生产经营活动的基础，营运资金对企业财务业绩有着重要的影响，即使一个企业具有盈利能力，但是货币资金管理不当，这将会给企业的正常经营带来严重的后果。如何才能较好的解决企业仅有净利润而没有良好的营运资金管理的矛盾，使企业能够有足够的资金投向新产品，开发新的市场领域，强化企业的市场经济规模和竞争优势，以此来提升企业的经营业绩和市场地位，这是我国经济界所讨论的一个热点话题。可见，对中小企业的营运资金管理水平与企业财务业绩的研究有着十分重要的意义。 本文将以浙江省中小型制造上市企业为样本，对我国制造业上市公司周期指标与公司的相关性进行实证研究，以探讨中小企业营运资金管理与企业财务业绩之间的关系同时，本文将进一步分析组成现金周期的各周转期与公司间的相关性，并为我国中小企业营运资金管理提出几点建议与对策。 关键词：营运资金管理；周期指标；企业财务业绩；实证研究Abstract With the development of Chinese market economy, today private medium and small size companies are new poweromoting the development of the market. Meanwhile, as the foundation of enterprise daily production and operating，operating funds to enterprises’ financial performance has important implications. Even though a company have profitability, but the mismanagement of monetary funds, which will give the normal operations of enterprises have serious result. How can we better solution medium-sized and small enterprises not only a net profit of a good working capital management of the conflict so that enterprises can have sufficient funds to invest in new products, develop new markets, and strengthen the market economies of scale and competitive advantage, thus to improve corporate business performance and market position, which is Chinas economic Definition of a hot topic for discussion. Obviously, it has an important significance for small and medium enterprises working capital management and enterprises’ financial performance studies.
