摘要 为了及时而准确地识别产品的零部件,需要在产品上标以明显的标志或记号。传统的工业标记打印效率低、不美观、稳定性差、废品率高。气动、电动相结合的方式结构简单,成本低,速度快,可控性好。本文就此提出一种全新的电动标记打印新工艺,对其中的关键技术进行了深入的研究,本文所完成的主要工作如下: (l)研究了电动打标机的总体结构和配置。引用国内外先进方法选关键零部件。 (2)采用步进电动机控制打标头的控制技术。采用频率控制的方法,实现了打印头振动频率与电动执行机构移动速度的协调,保证了打印质量。 (3)研究了计算机与PLC、伺服单元的通信及实时控制技术。利用PLC的编程口实现了计算机与PLC的通信。利用数据总线实现了计算机与伺服单元的通信。利用传感器特性实现了PLC控制打印头动与伺服单元控制电动执行机构运动的协调。 (4)研究了打印图形、字符的设计与转换技术。进行图形和文字的编辑,,实现了从生成的文件中提取有用的几何图形信息,并将这些几何图形信息转化成打标机的打印加工程序。研制完成的电动打标机运行平稳,打印效率高,软件使用方便,具有无气体污染,速度快,精度高等优点,达到了预期设计目标。 关键词 打印标记;硬件组成;PLC;控制技术;步进电动机 Abstract For the sake of identifying rapidly and accurately the Produced parts,people usually mark the obvious sign or mark on the import parts. The methods for the traditional industrials marking are not only inefficient and unaesthetic,but also short of long term stability and high for the rate of waster .Relatively,because of simple construction,low price,well controlled performance,rapid speed,the mode of gas powered combining electric powered is especially suitable. A brand new technique for pneumatic marking is put for ward in this paper and the research for the key technique of pneumatic marker made is thoroughly carried out .The main contents in this dissertation are summarized as follows: (1)The overall structure and configure of pneumatic marker made are developed .The key components are designed and matched by three dimensional design method. (2)The technique of cooperative control of three axes is developed .With the method of frequency control,the cooperative control between the vibration frequency of marking head and the speed of electric actuator is realized,and the marking quality is wonderful. (3)The communication and real time control technique between computer and plc servo unit developed .The communication between computer and is realized b and the cooperative of design and servo unit realized by databus,and the cooperative control between PLC and servo unit is developed.
