In order to raise the market competition advantage and keep continuous development for an enterprise， we should effectively control the whole purchasing phase and make purchasing management become important factor for controlling cost and adding value in the enterprise’s value chain.For the sake of discussing the effective purchasing management in the traditional manufacturing field， this dissertation takes GRK company as an example to make a systemic research on its purchasing management. This dissertation points out GRK company’s problems in purchasing process management and their needs to change， especially on total flow， supplier selection and management， purchasing process optimization. This dissertation looks forward to making for the development of GRK company and settling the similar problems in the other enterprises in the same process of fluid industry.
