电子商务在第三方物流企业中的应用研究--毕业论文.doc

内 容 摘 要 随着网络技术和电子技术的发展， 电子商务作为一种交易方式被引入了生产、交换和消费中，人类进入了电子商务时代。在电子商务时代，及时的将电子商务和第三方物流有机结合、协同发展，已经成为我国物流企业的发展重点。面向电子商务的第三方物流已成为传统物流模式的一种必要的补充与发展, 也是我国物流企业与世界接轨的重要途径。 本文首先对电子商务和第三方物流的一些理论和当前的研究现状进行了梳理，归纳出电子商务和第三方物流的关系、模式和其中存在的一些问题。其次，分析电子商务在第三方物流企业应用中的问题并加以总结，指出应对这些问题的一些建议，并设计面向电子商务的第三方物流信息系统和第三方物流管理系统。最后，引用了中海集团的案例，证明了面向电子商务的第三方物流对我国物流企业的重大价值。 关键词：电子商务、第三方物流、信息化、物流管理系统 ABSTRACT With the network technology and electronic technology, e-commerce was introduced as a trading production, exchange and consumption, human entered the age of electronic commerce. In the age of electronic commerce, in a timely manner that will combine e-commerce and third party logistics, cooperative development, has become the focus of development of logistics enterprises. E-commerce for Third-party logistics has become a necessary complement and development for traditional logistics model, and it’s also an important way for logistics enterprises in China to integrate with the world. First, the paper combed a large number of theory and current research status about third party logistics and e-commerce, summarized the relationship, models, and some problems between e-commerce and third party logistics. Second, analysis the problems in the third party logistics enterprise when they use e-commerce, and pointed out some recommendations to solve these issues, and designed the logistics information system and logistics management system for the third-party logistics enterprise. Finally, citing the case of China Shipping Group in order to prove that the application of e-commerce in the third party logistics had make great contribution to China logistics business.
