The experiment results show that, the optimum synthesis con itions of the rosin aci formate are as follow s: rosin aci Bmethanol= 1B3( mol/ mol) , reaction temperature is 70 e , reaction time is 1h, amount of catalyst KOH is 2%. The yiel can reach as high as 95. 5%. T he optimum synthesis con itions of the sucrose ester of rosin aci are as follows: rosin aci formate Bsucrose= 1B2( mol/ mol) , reaction temperature is 90 e , reaction time is 3h, amount of catalyst KOH is 3%. T he yiel of the pro uct can give 92. 1%. T he surface activity of the pro uct is etermine also.
