2013 年 5 月水稻工厂化育秧精播机的设计
摘要:对清种区内种子进行受力分析,得到了清种起始角。针对型孔内多余种子在刷种轮作用下进行了力学分析。并对影响清种的因素做了研究;然后,建立了种子护种区内的动力学运动模型,分析随着护种角的变化,种子的运动状况;然后,得出了种子与投种口不发生碰撞顺利投出的条件,并对落种阶段的种子进行了动力学分析。根据播种机的工作特性,用数学分析方法,讨论了误差影响因素和排种器结构参数等影响因素对排种均匀性的影响。在试验中,试验因素选取了充种角,对五种不同型式型孔的空穴率、单粒率、重插率、合格率根据充种角的变化,做了单因素试验分析。试验结果表明:随着充种角的增大.五种不同型式型孔的合格率、重播率均随之上升,而空穴率、单粒率则随之下降。通过对五种不同型式的型孔试验指标进行比较发现,V型孔的播种效果是其中最好的。

Abstract: rice planting and harvesting link is the primary problem of restricting the rice production, and the seedling is necessary to realize the rice planting mechanization, combined with the actual problem in rice production in China, studied rice precision seeder. Based on the characteristics of rice seed distribution analysis, the results of seedling cultivation sowing agronomic requirements, a new type of rice seedling planting machine is designed. The theory analysis and experimental study on the mechanism of key components and sowing. The working process of the key components of rice precision seeding metering device comprises a filling, cleaning, guard and throwing four stages. First of all, the filling stage seed were analysed, the paper establishes the mechanical model, the influence factors of filling; then. Through the stress analysis of the clearing zone seed, obtained the clear starting angle. According to the redundant seed holes were analysed in the brush wheel under the action of. And the influencing factors of cleaning to do the research; then, established a seed protecting dynamic motion model in the area, with the support of change angle, movement of seed; then, seed and one mouth not collide successfully cast condition were obtained, and the falling phase seeds were dynamics analysis.
