基于移动集团寻呼的医疗耗材采购管理信息平台建立的研究和应用 秦弦  南京军区南京总医院，210002  【摘  要】由于医院医疗耗材的购买统计、购买时效、购买实时响应分析判断无法实现。通 过中国移动集团寻呼功能，结合医院现有的医疗耗材数据库系统，建立了医疗耗材采购管理 信息平台，实现了医院医疗耗材采购管理的实时、快速采购，并能对医用耗材和医疗耗材供 应商进行自动识别、监管，保证了所采购医疗耗材是经过招标的产品，医疗耗材数据库也是 信誉好、有经营能力的正规企业。实现了医疗耗材管理的规范化目标，尤其是遇到紧急抢救 发生时，对医疗耗材需求时的情况，起到了极好的采购、供应及时的效果。 【关键词】 集团寻呼 医疗耗材 数据库 规范 及时 The research and application of platform establishment for medical consumable based on the mobile Group paging Qin Xian Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region, Nanjing 210002, China Abstract: It is difficult to achieve some analysis about medical consumable of purchase statistics, buying time, buying real-time in the Hospital. By China mobile group paging function, combined with hospital existing medical consumable database system, the paper established the medical consumable purchase management information platform to realize the hospital medical consumable purchase management of real-time, rapid purchasing, and can of medical consumable and medical consumables suppliers automatic identification and supervision, guarantee the medical consumable is purchased by bidding products, medical consumable database also have formal enterprise.with good credit and management ability, which realized the goals of management standardization for medical consumables. Especially as the emergency rescue occurs, for medical consumable demand peremptorily, good effect can take to purchase and supply in time. Key words group paging, medical consumable, database, standardization, in time 0 引言 医疗耗材由于项目多、规格多、分类复杂，国家目前还没有一个统一的分类管理标准， 造成医疗耗材采购管理的规范性、及时性十分困难，对医院医疗耗材的购买统计、购买时效、 购买实时响应分析判断都无法实现，往往临床急需的医疗耗材，得不到实时购买信息反馈， 延误了救治工作的开展[1]。我们利用中国移动集团寻呼功能，结合医院现有的医疗耗材数据 库系统，建立了医疗耗材采购管理信息平台，实现了医疗耗材采购工作的实时信息反馈，耗 材供应的及时提供，保证了医院科室和临床一线对医疗耗材的供应需求，现介绍如下： 1 设计思路
