摘 要 移相器能够对的相位进行调整的一种装置。λ/4波片与偏振片的组合，用于正交偏振双光束干涉结构中产生相位调制。即通过旋转偏振片产生所需相移量,实现通过转动偏振片，达到移相、干涉条纹移动的目的。对干涉进行仿真，通过对干涉条纹移动量的研究，得到条纹移动量与偏振片转动角之间的关系。再运用傅里叶变换的方法对所设计的移相器进行标定，从而能够对移相器相位移进行精确标定。该光路系统实现了偏振移相器相振移相器移特性标定，能过准确计算出通过旋转偏振片时干涉条纹的平移量。已达到偏振移相器相移特性标定装置设计与算法研究实验设计的目的。 关键字：偏振移相器；干涉条纹Abstract Phase shifter is a kind of device for adjusting the phase of the wave. Based on the related fields of various research methods, some research methods generally have a complex operation or accuracy is not high, not easy to understand the reasons but also some complex optical system, Aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of different methods, design a polarization phase shifting device with a simple optical system .We study of a polarization phase-shifting interferometer and use light polarization and interference principle, supplemented by a polarization delay system, form the interference fringes. We change the optical phase by phase shifter, then get the phenomenon of interference fringe position change were studied. According to the research purpose of optical design, form a complete set of optical system used in this study. Polarization of the phase shifter used in this subject is made using combinations of wave plate and the polarizing film, used in the orthogonal polarization double-beam interference structure produce phase modulation. By rotating polaroid produce the amount of phase shift is required, by turning polaroid, achieve the goal of phase shifting and interference fringe to move. Interference for simulation, based on the research of the amount of interference fringes move, get stripe movement with polaroid relations between the Angle of rotation. Again by using the Fourier transform method to design the phase shifter calibration, enabling precise calibration phase displacement of phase shifter.
