学 号： 毕业设计说明书 设计题目：冲床上料机械手设计 学生姓名： 专业班级： 学 院： 指导教师：本设计包含全部说明书及CAD图纸 QQ229780692 2010年06月15日 摘　　要 本次设计主要进行了冲床上料机械手和供料装置结构设计。自动冲床是操作动作频繁、重复、生产节拍很快的机床，人工上下料容易发生事故。如在冲床上配置上下料机械手代替人工操作，则可防止工伤事故，提高生产效率，实现冲压过程自动化。工业机械手是工业生产发展中的必然产物。它是一种模仿人体上肢的部分功能，按照预定要求输送工件或握持工具进行操作的自动化技术装备。这种新颖技术装备的出现和应用，对实现工业生产自动化，推动工业生产的进一步发展起着重要作用，因而具有强大的生命力，受到人们的广泛重视和欢迎。在查阅了一系列参考资料以后，参阅国内的设计情况。 本设计在分析了具体工作要求，对个方案进行对比之后，综合考虑各个因素，采用一自由度圆柱座标机械手和自动供料装置联动实现电动机转子片冲床上料操作。机械手的各执行机构，包括：手部、手臂等部分，用气流负压式吸盘来吸取板料工件。机械手机身采用气压驱动旋转运动，以得到一定的速率；机械手手臂没有其他动作，因此采用悬臂梁式；机械手的手部结构设计，工件是板料，使用气流负压式吸盘。供料装置通过升降气缸提供动力，使电动机转子片上升；供料装置通过分片爪保证上料机械手的吸附机构每次仅吸住一片矽钢片。 关键词： 冲床 机械手 负压吸盘 Abstract The design of the main press feeding manipulator and servicer structure design.
