Ex2 perime tal r esults show that the proposed method ca detect image features more effectively a d the fused image has better subjective visual effect. Compared to traditio al gradie t pyramid algo2 r ithm a d wavelet based algor ithm, the maximum of mea squar e error of the proposed algorithm is o ly 341 8% a d 421 6% of the former s, respectively.
