《包装结构设计》课程设计说明书 题目：德芙巧克力包装结构设计 西安工业大学机电工程学院 摘要 巧克力又名朱古力，是以可可豆制品为主要原料制成的一类糖果。棕褐色有光泽，口感细腻润滑，有特殊芳香，发热量很高，营养价值丰富，易被人体消化吸收。 新鲜的可可豆中含有大量水分，没香气，经焙炒发酵后，便有了浓厚香气，这是经发酵而分解的多种氨基酸形成的。此外，在加工过程中添加了奶油、奶粉、麦芽、杏仁、香兰素等香气成分，使巧克力具有特殊芳香。 德芙巧克力是爱芬食品众多的世界品牌之一，德芙巧克力口味偏甜，丝一般的感受是形容其产品最贴切的一句。 本文针对德芙巧克力，设计了一款包装，其目的除了保护商品不受损坏外，主要目的是表达文化含义，使其形成一个细化的产品类别---执子之手，与子偕老。其可用于表达爱情的忠贞上，属于高档产品。 巧克力包装的主要作用是防热、防吸湿溶化、防香气逸散、防油脂析出酸败、防霉、防虫、防污染。对包装的要求是美观大方，丰富多彩，能经久保持巧克力糖果的色、香、味、型，特别是卫生条件。一般蜡纸难于达到上述要求。通常用的包装材料有：铝箔、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯等。也有采用铝箔-聚乙烯复合材料或其它复合材料。 关键词：巧克力；包装设计；执子之手，与子偕老 ABSTARCT Chocolate, chocolate and products for main raw cocoa is made of candy.
