ticle analyzes the development process and organization stat s of health ins rance reform in Germany from the perspective
of organization reform, and d isc ssed the reform trend in f t re. It prelmi inarily analyzes the legal stat s, governance
str ct re, and operationalmechan ism. In addition, it explores the reinforcing coordination of government intervention and
